2 kinds of transfer of employees

There are two (2) kinds of transfer. Note that a transfer means a movement:

[1] From one position to another of equivalent rank, level or salary, without a break in the service, or
[2] From one office to another within the same business establishment.

There are likewise other forms of transfer. In fact, the prerogative to transfer is broad enough to include the following prerogatives that involve movements of personnel:

Prerogative to reorganize;
