Under what conditions the identity of the parties in child and family cases may be divulged? (2%) The records of the child and family cases in the Family Courts or Regional Trial Court designated by the Supreme Court cases shall be dealt with utmost confidentiality (Sec. 12, Family Courts Act of 1997). The identity of the parties in child and family cases shall not be divulged unless necessary and with authority of the judge.
