Alibi not given credence if accused possibly in scene of the crime during commission

This is further buttressed by considering the fact that, as per their alibi, the place where they allegedly were at the time of the killing was near the scene of the crime, and it was not all physically impossible for them to have been present at the scene and to have participated in the commission of the felony.
