It can also be seen in the video that a person who appears to be the owner of the motor vehicle almost started a brawl with said agents.The video's caption says, "Taohan ng LTO mga walang hiya... di n naawa dun sa tao kung my violation man pwede naman pagsabihin o tickitan nlang.
