Celebrity lawyer, author Rabuya says, "Not thru quo warranto" re: petition vs. CJ Sereno

Atty. Elmer Rabuya laments, in a Facebook post, that "[t]he issues in the quo warranto case are beyond legal and borders on the ethical and moral."

He asked, "What if the petition is granted? Will it look good on the part of the High Court of the land? Can the Associate Justices oust their Chief via a legal remedy not contemplated by the Constitution when: (1) some of them testified against her in the House Justice Committee hearings? (2) 7 of them were reported to have demanded her resignation and forced her to take an indefinite leave? (3) anyone of them is a possible successor to the position of CJ?"
