China's military planes land on Philippine reef

On Facebook, Ivy Lisa F. Mendoza wrote: "BELOVED OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES, Is this fine with you? If it is, who else can we turn to? If it is not, what the hell are you doing sitting on your asses?" 
Two Chinese military transport planes have been photographed on Panganiban Reef, marking the first reported presence of this type of aircraft in Philippine territory in the South China Sea and raising the prospect that China will base warplanes there. Panganiban Reef — internationally known as Mischief Reef — is located within the Philippines’ 370-kilometer exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the South China Sea.
