Last time, the Malacañang reported that the President is no longer interested in signing an executive order to "end" contractualization (endo) in the Philippines. However, today, news broke that the President "may still" do it, instead of waiting for Congress.

Unsure, the President is still contemplating on whether to fulfill his campaign promise.
