When dismissal considered TOO harsh
Suspension is sufficient. Their reinstatement without backwages is ordered.
Where two (2) orderlies had served the hospital for a long period of time with unblemished records, their dismissal by reason of pilferage of some hospital supplies was held to be too harsh.
