Where two (2) orderlies had served the hospital for a long period of time with unblemished records, their dismissal by reason of pilferage of some hospital supplies was held to be too harsh. Suspension is sufficient. Their reinstatement without backwages is ordered. (Perez vs. Medical City General Hospital; G.R. No. 150198, March 6, 2006)
