Pro-Forma Motions

A motion that does not comply with Rule 15, particularly Sections 4, 5 and 6 (hearing, notice of hearing, proof of service) , is a mere scrap of paper, should not be accepted for filing and is not entitled to judicial cognizance and does not affect any reglementary period involved for the filing of the requisite pleading.
