VIDEO: 46.2% of Filipinos support Sara in senate run

[1] Sara Duterte-Carpio, also known as Inday Sara by the Davaoeños, is a Filipina lawyer, politician and the incumbent Mayor of Davao City. She also served as the city mayor from June 30, 2010 until June 30, 2013.
[2] Sara once joked about running for a seat in the Senate of the Philippines.
[3] Pulse Asia Survey released the result of its survey on top senatorial preferences for the next election.
[4] Sara ranked fourth (4th).
[5] She followed Senator Grace Poe with 67.4 percent, former Senator Pia Cayetano with 55.7, and Senator Cynthia Villar in the second and third with 50.1 percent.
[6] In the Philippines, the top twelve (12) candidates getting the highest votes are elected as Senators in one election conducted for this purpose.
