SENATE VIA FACEBOOK: Sen Nancy Binay today said she would recommend to Sen Kiko Pangilinan to invite Communucations Group Asst. Sec. Mocha Uson as one of the resource persons in the subsequent hearings of the Senate on the proposed charter change.

According to Binay, since Uson has been designated as one of the lead spokespersons in charge of raising public awareness about federalism, it would be best if she can present to the Senate the content of her campaign on federalism and the plan to change the 1987 Constitution.

Binay said Uson will be utilizing the P90-million earmarked by the Department of Interior and Local Government and Consultative Committe for the information campaign to educate the public about the Administration's plan to change the country’s form of government.
