NEWS BY DZRH: After a photo of the weird ‘3-in-1’ toilet inside the Philippine National Railways (PNR) went viral, the Commission on Audit (COA) released its annual report saying that the unfinished project of the previous administration costs at least Php 295.857-Million.

In 2012, the Aquino administration launched the project to rehabilitate and build some 1,000 toilets in airports, piers and train stations.

However, in the 2017 audit report of COA, findings from 2014 and 2015 showed the incomplete details on the progress of “Kayo ang Boss Ko” (KBK) Toilet Facilities Improvement Project of former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino. It also disclosed that there are no inventory reports from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) regarding the used and unused construction materials that were provided by the COA. NEWS BY CNN: In COA's 2017 audit report on the then Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC), it said construction materials worth P295.86 millions in the uncompleted Kayo ang Boss Ko Toilet Facilities Improvement Project remain unaccounted for.

"No inventory report on used and unused construction materials was provided to COA," it said. It is a reiteration of COA's 2014 and 2015 findings.
