Rules on Small Claims now cover 300,000 pesos

Previously, the Rules covered only those cases involving an amount not exceeding 200,000 pesos.
LOOK: The Supreme Court amended the Sections 2 and 8 of the Rules of Procedure for Small Claims increasing the value of small claims from P200,000 to P300,000.
