PRRD: Gov’t workers should be honest, competent, decent

President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday said he only expects two things from those who intend to join the government, following the end of the filing of certificates of candidacy (COC) for the May 2019 midterm elections. "My criteria is you must be honest and you must be competent. That’s it. If you can handle the job and if you are a decent person," the President said in Bisaya during a speech in Davao City.
