CJA GUIDELINES

The Certified Jurisprudence Analyst (CJA) Program is one launched by Project Jurisprudence - Philippines (PJP) powered by Nexxus Professional Review & Certification, Inc. (NEXXUS, INC.). It is a training and certification program open to anyone - whether law student or not - who is interested in the world of case law studies, legal hermeneutics and jurisprudence analysis. Below are important details.

• PROGRAM: The CJA Program involves eight (8) training sessions with two (2) hours each and one (1) final examination. The total number of training hours is 16 and the total number of assessment hours is two (2).
• ISSUING ENTITY: The CJA Program is under Nexxus Professional Review & Certification, Inc. (NEXXUS, INC.) with Project Jurisprudence - Philippines (PJP) as its program and marketing arm.
• LEGAL EXISTENCE: Pursuant to NEXXUS, INC.’s corporate powers to train and admit affiliates, as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Company Registration No. 2024100171191-03, CJA is an affiliation program whereby applicants undergo training on law and jurisprudence and, after garnering a passing grade of at least 75.00% in the final examinations, they get admitted as affiliates of PJP-NEXXUS, INC.
• BIR REGISTRATION: NEXXUS, INC. is a non-VAT registered entity with Tax Identification No. 667-636-896-000.
• NATURE OF AFFILIATION: To clarify, jurisprudence analysis is not a regulated profession in the Philippines; rather, it is a sub-field in legal studies called “case analysis.” Thus, “CJA” is not a government license.
• AFFILIATES: Passers are admitted as affiliates of PJP-NEXXUS, INC. and are entitled to certain rights and privileges not granted to those non-affiliates such as but not limited to free or discounted lectures, seminars, law school coaching, and other learning and educational opportunities about law and jurisprudence.
• PERIOD OF VALIDITY: Within the two-year period of validity of their affiliation, CJA affiliates are entitled to associate their name with PJP-NEXXUS, INC. which maintains an official list of affiliates for rights and benefits purposes.
• CONFERMENT: To become an affiliate of PJP-NEXXUS, INC. with a CJA conferment, one must get a grade of at least 75.00% in the final examination.
• POST-NOMINAL TITLE: As an affiliate of PJP-NEXXUS, INC., passers are allowed to use "CJA" as their affiliation post-nominal affiliation title to signify their affiliation with PJP-NEXXUS, INC., pursuant to their right to freedom of association. This is in the same way that fellows of the the Society of Actuaries use the post-nominal title "FSA."
• QUALIFICATION: This program is open to all college students and college graduates, regardless of degree, majorship or specialization.
• ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS: To enroll, one should be a college student or a college graduate of any course, major or degree. Upon enrollment, an enrollee is only required to upload one (1) valid identification (ID) card and proof of payment.
• DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS: Prior to your final exam and during the training period, you will be required to submit documentary proof of being a college student/graduate such as but not limited to an official transcript of records (OTR), a valid school identification (ID) card, a certificate of enrollment, a registrar’s assessment, and other competent equivalents.
• OTHER REQUIREMENTS: You will also submit a professional 2x2 formal-type photo and a specimen signature on white background to be reflected on your affiliation identification card, if any.
• PASSERS: For passers, they may request a certificate of conferment as proof of their affiliation with PJP-NEXXUS, INC., an affiliation identification (ID) card, and an official notice of exam performance. A separate certification fee of PHP800 applies.
• NON-PASSERS: For non-passers, they may request a certificate of attendance (those who did not take the exam) or a certificate of completion (those who took the exam but failed). A separate certification fee of PHP800 applies.
• ONLINE TRAINING: Training sessions are purely online. Lecture recordings will be available for those unable to attend live.
• ONLINE EXAM: The final examination is administered purely online via an online learning management system (LMS). There is no off-cam or on-cam policy.
• AFFILIATION EXPIRATION: The certificate of conferment and the affiliation ID card expire upon the lapse of two (2) years from issuance, subject to renewal at the affiliate's option.
• RENEWAL REQUIREMENT: Renewal requires payment of renewal fee of PHP1,000 and re-training.
• PRICE/RATE: Cost of enrollment in the CJA Program is as follows: (a) EARLY BIRD RATE: PHP2,900; or (b) REGULAR RATE: PHP3,900. This is exclusive of the PHP800 certificate and ID fee. Rates are subject to changes without need of prior notice. Please do not pay certificate and ID fee upon enrollment, only the enrollment fee.
• DISCOUNTS: Re-enrollees and affiliates/members of partner institutes are entitled to the early bird rate at any time during the enrollment period. Rates are subject to changes without need of prior notice. The re-enrollee rate is exclusive of the PHP800 certificate and ID fee. Please do not pay certificate and ID fee upon enrollment, only the enrollment fee.
• PARTIAL OR DOWN PAYMENT: Under the Partial Payment Scheme (PPS), the down payment rate (DPR) is PHP4,000. Thus, partial payment of PHP2,000 is allowed upon enrollment, subject to full payment before examination day.
• FAILURE TO PAY DPR: Failure to pay the DPR in full within the time allowed converts the enrollment from a certification program to an ordinary seminar. Full-payment is still required for the issuance of any certificate.
• AFTER ENROLLMENT: After submitting your enrollment, please chat with us via www.m.me/projectjurisprudence to get a confirmation that your enrollment has entered our database.
• PAYMENT VERIFICATION: Our enrollment and audit teams may request further proof of payment for verification purposes. Please keep screenshots of your successful payment such as but not limited to email or text confirmations.
• ENROLLMENT: The online enrollment form is accessible via Google Forms through the following link/s:
