Any legal action or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be filed solely and exclusively in the proper court or courts of Cauayan City, Isabela, Region 2, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts, venues, or jurisdictions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Project Jurisprudence - Philippines with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Project Jurisprudence - Philippines.
