Acceptance between persons who are present (agency)
Art. 1871. Between persons who are present, the acceptance of the agency may also be implied if the principal delivers his power of attorney to the agent and the latter receives it without any objection. (Civil Code of the Philippines)
REQUISITES: [1] Personal delivery by the principal of the power of attorney to the agent; [2] receipt by the agent of power without objection; and [3] awareness of the agent of the contents of the document containing the powers of attorney.
